A Queen's Way Along
After dark,
under a neath falls of a night's bleed,
I a viking hiking in amorous armour
chasing after fireflies in a silver sky
folded blind to a known unknown
rounding about an antiquated thing
a centripetal headless sculpture
behold I a soul so charming, so graceful.
For as a sun rises far in the east,
later seen furthermore in the west
sprinkles of light giveway to a thing
a contagious bud sprout,
on intrinsically an ambiguous facade
later seen furthermore on my face too,
deep within hearts so livid, so broken
unfolds a story of old, a story untold!
Amble long along, darkened sidewalks
merry-go-round, round and round
playing street games, of thrones
over barricades we sit enthroned
take the world into blurry captivity
agile spontaneous unbreakable gazes
lost into forever, in breaths & heart throbs
synced with a flow of unconscious lips.
Dragged by enticiments of emotions
tossed around like wild flowers in wilt
running from demons in our minds
sinking deep to bottoms of eyes so pure,
opening doors for hearts to cure
in gallery of forever held emotions,
changing like shifting shadows
like diamonds, brighter we shine!
Temple bells, down on count,
ticks of a retro street clock
romancing the asphalts,
tyres wince in squeaks
a vehement down roar, time on hold
tearing hearts apart,
rip skins in parts, back to back
if only at all, could we meet once again.
Good piece . Thanks
